Ballet - The base of all forms of dance, Ballet technique consists of stylized and controlled movements and positions, which develops ultimate strength and flexibility. Ballet is beneficial at any age, and is a safe form of exercise and building strength. We strongly encourage all of our students enrolled in more than one form of dance to study ballet, as the technique is found in every dance class.
Clogging - a type of folk dance in which the dancer's footwear is used musically by striking the heel, the toe, or both against a floor or each other to create audible percussive rhythms, usually to the downbeat with the heel keeping the rhythm.
Baton - Twirl, spin, and shine in our exciting Baton class! Students will learn the fundamentals of baton twirling, including basic twirls, tosses, rolls, and marching techniques.
